Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — The dt77 website and all services, software, and content included within it.
• "Account" — The personal profile registered and managed by the user.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be registered per person, household, device, or IP address. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number — must be accurate and up to date. If false information is provided, dt77 has the right to close the account and forfeit any funds held in it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on dt77 is ৳100. All deposits must be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Funds become available in your account as soon as the deposit is confirmed.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals are also made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

The payment method used at the time of deposit will be used as the primary method for withdrawal. To change the payment method, please contact customer support.

3.3 Third-Party Transactions Prohibited

Deposits must be made from your own account. Transactions from mobile banking accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted. Accounts may be verified or suspended if this rule is breached.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• dt77 may impose specific restrictions on certain games or bets when bonus funds are in use.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• dt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program & Cashback

The dt77 VIP program has five tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher tiers based on their regular participation and activity. VIP benefits are subject to change, and dt77 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

6.1 General Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for the security of their own account. Login credentials (username and password) must not be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact dt77 support immediately.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets with the intention of abusing bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Using hacking, viruses, or any other harmful technology.
• Engaging in misconduct or making threats toward other players or staff.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds.

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the User

7.2 Suspension by dt77

dt77 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Attempts to access from a restricted region.
• Extended period of inactivity (with applicable notice).
